Client Registration Rules HOME
Once you register, you must print and then sign and mail the written contract to us. To see the written contract, click here
Once we receive the web registration we will review your application. You are not accepted as a registered client and will not have access to detailed resume information until we accept your application. Normally, we act on applications within one business day of submission. You may be required to submit additional information before we allow you to access our databases of resumes. We will notify you by email when your registration application has been accepted.
Who is eligible to be a client
All corporations and business entities who wish to enter into a contractual agreement with usw must have first established to our satisfaction they are a bona fide, currently existing, ongoing business, law firm or law practice in need of the type of services we provide.
Registration is free and carries no obligation. Searches of the profile database is free and carries no obligation. Review of resumes and any follow up and interviews of candidates are free and carry no obligation. You only obilgation to us is to notify us if you hire or enter into an employment contract directly or indirectly with any candidate who's resume you have viewed any time within one year after viewing that resume, regardless of whether or not you have had any contact with that candidate or their resume at anytime before or after viewing their resume on this site.
Our fee structure is low because we provide a web based, software driven legal talent market.

Finally, these rules do not alter, amend or supersede the written contract which each client must sign before they are allowed to view full profiles and resumes.
