You can review resumes, search a database in any manner and find attorneys, paralegals and tech specialists, all without the need to interact with a recruiter.
OUR POLICY
We do not reveal any information about candidates they themselves do not wish to reveal nor do we publish or circulate any resumes or candidate information unless a candidates makes that information available for public review themselves. We do not publicize any searches conducted by employers unless they ask us to.
We do not recruit candidates, but we will when asked, publicize a particular open position to our candidates who have submitted resumes. However, we will not actively conduct recruiting searches, unless a firm or corporation asks us to do so. In essence we are a public market place for legal recruitment and hiring. We bring the employees and employers together. What happens after that, is up to them.
